Dear network, friends, and family,

It is Friday, spring has just kicked in but the coronavirus panic madness is stretching our feelings and testing our patience. I can see and feel this from our conversations and chats with you, from time to time. I feel like this as well.

I am lucky to have a job I love, a team and a family I care about and a side gig (this blog) that keeps me busy and creative.

It came to my attention a document from an American organisation that aims to support communities and society in this difficult time. I run through it quickly, and my attention draw the last bullet point of advice on the page:

“Having open, safe discussions where your feelings and the feelings of your family are validated and addressed can also help to maintain an environment of peaceful calm.”

When I read this line, I thought, “this is something we should all have in our lives, no matter the circumstances”.

Dear friends, if you haven’t found yet that person, that safe environment to express yourself with no judge or criticism, please do look for it.
Personally, my person to go the last years is The Thinking Mom or Effie Pap. But you can find any professional near you and get connected. Please do. Just make the connection and let it lie there by your side. It’s a courageous act and it will make you feel better.

If you speak Greek or you can navigate with some basic Greek, you can find many professional accredited psychologists in Melapus [ https://melapus.com/el]. Their support for coronavirus is free, and many professionals there speak English fluently.

I am no expert, but I am always keen on connecting, so drop me a line if you feel to!

Be Well, Stay Safe, it will pass!
